Professional Journey

  • Worked with premium hospitality brands like Taj Hotels, JW Marriott, Sheraton, and Four Seasons across India and China as a chef.
  • Leveraged his two-decade culinary expertise to launch his first venture, "Indian Curry Hut" (Shanghai, 2016).
  • In 2024, he founded Monal Indian Cuisine in Ningbo, blending traditional recipes with fine-dining experiences.
